The gourmet kitchen, dining and living area enjoy views of the beautiful Pacific Ocean! The unit has a nice size living room that overlooks the ocean and may have one of the all-time great views. It has a 55-inch LCD flat screen TV, DVD, cable and WiFi and a large sectional sofa. Dining table and area seat 7. Master has King size bed, flat screen TV and DVD. 2nd bedroom has Queen bed and a flat screen TV. Sit on the balcony and watch the dolphins, whales and seals play in the majestic water...feel the cool breeze...smell the fresh ocean air and listen to the sound of the waves crashing on the white sandy beach! All bookings have an additional 13% Solana Beach Tax, a $150 cleaning fee, $500 fully refundable security deposit. For one dog there will in addition be a $150 non-refundable pet fee.
